Below are two full day retreat guides for navigating infertility or loss. These can be done individually, as a couple, adapted to go through with a group, or with a friend. The guides are divided into two movements (sections), which provides a natural break for lunch. Some activities require additional materials, which are included as a list in the back of the handout.

Grounded in Scripture and guided spiritual reflection, readers will be invited to accompany their sorrow with joy, and process the complex emotions of grief through the mediums of creative practice.
